Katy in the Biggest Little City

Katy has been in Reno for just about 36 hours, but as you can see we've been jamming a lot into a short period of time. Saturday we went to Truckee, had lunch at Squaw Valley (which was celebrating Earth Day about a week late, see pictures below), visited Lake Tahoe, then came home and spent the evening visiting some of my favorite non-tourist trap Reno places like Tonic, Silver Peak and Liquid Lounge with the always-gorgeous Melissa and my friend Steven. Today we went up to Virginia City, which is as much of a cheap thrill as it's always been. Unfortunately she's going back to L.A. tomorrow, but it's always great to have a visit from family.
