Mea Culpa
In the previous post I chastised L3 Development for not having any information on the plans for The Montage (currently The Golden Phoenix) online, and for not making any pictures available. Boy, did I speak too soon, as the picture above makes obvious. Click here for The Montage's website. Sorry about that, guys. Can we still talk about my reserving a penthouse?

Is this fabulous place about 2 blocks from your building? Is there enough in downtown Reno to attract enough people who can afford these wonderful apartments? Sure is a far cry from Schurz.
Well that's really the question, isn't it. Who's actually going to buy all these places? People who want to live in downtown Reno and make it a real thriving community, or people looking for investments or vacation homes? Will all these fabulous condos sit empty? I sure hope not, but only time will tell.
BTW, yes the Golden Phoenix/Montage is just around the corner from the Fortress of Solitude. So are pretty much all of these new developments. And don't knock Schurz--Schurz rocks!!!
